If you do not agree to these terms, you must notify RPT immediately and return any purchased products according to our Return Policy below. In cases where the User has an existing separate purchase agreement with RPT, that separate agreement will take precedence. Pricing The pricing of items is confirmed only upon the User's order. RPT processes payment only after the order has been shipped. Errors in pricing or other offers may occur and RPT reserves the right to cancel orders arising from such errors, regardless of confirmation status. All prices are in USD, and Canadian prices might differ from those stated on the Site. Taxes Unless explicitly stated, the Price does not include tax. All taxes related to the production, sale, or shipment of Products that RPT is required to collect or pay are the User's responsibility. Users must pay all such taxes and reimburse RPT for any such payments made by RPT. Valid tax exemption certificates or documents must be provided before Product shipment. Payment Terms Payment terms are at RPT's discretion. Payment is generally required at the time of purchase. RPT may require credit approval for sales. Payment can be made via credit card or other prearranged methods. Shipping and handling charges are additional, unless otherwise specified. User's Warranties By placing an order, the User warrants that they are at least 18 years old, authorized to bind any organization they are ordering for, have valid payment authorization, and provided accurate information. Descriptions and Typographical Errors Product descriptions might contain inaccuracies or errors. Descriptions are presented "as-is," and RPT reserves the right to modify them at any time. RPT is not liable for inaccuracies. Order Acceptance and Cancellation An order is an offer to buy, subject to RPT's acceptance. RPT may reject orders at its discretion. RPT may cancel accepted orders, even after sending a confirmation email. Shipping and Delivery RPT currently ships within the continental United States. Delivery methods vary. Shipping dates are estimates, and RPT is not responsible for delivery times. Loss or damage during shipping is RPT's responsibility if RPT selects the carrier, otherwise it's the User's responsibility. Installation is usually the User's responsibility. Acceptance and Rejection of Products Inspect shipments upon delivery. Receipt constitutes acceptance. Inform RPT within 30 days of missing, incorrect, or damaged items. Return Policies; Exchanges Returns or exchanges within 30 days for a refund are possible. Contact RPT before returning Products. Users cover shipping fees. Returns must be in original packaging and condition, with applicable fees. Industrial/Commercial Use Products are intended for industrial or commercial use only. Certified Reconditioned Products Some Products might be certified reconditioned. Review Product specifications. Warranty RPT makes no express warranties except as provided with certain Products. Products are sold "as-is." RPT disclaims other warranties. User's Exclusive Remedy RPT's maximum liability is limited to replacing or repairing defective Products or refunding the purchase Price.
